Meet James Schalich

With a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly S.L.O. in Construction Management, James spent his early 20s working for Residential, Commercial, and Heavy Civil Builders. Throughout his early career he understood how important the relationship with the client is. Transparency and Honesty were always placed at the forefront of every major decision. He carried this with him as he began his Real Estate career. James acquired his license in 2017 and has put his skills to the test. Clients love James for his background, detailed approach to each escrow, and the weight he bears for everyone he has the pleasure of representing.

James enjoys the simple things: hiking in Marin, backpacking every summer, spending time with his wife, and making home-made pizzas. He always tries to put himself in someone else’s shoes and wears that wholeheartedly. As a 4th generation Californian, he looks forward to continuing to grow his roots in gorgeous Marin County.
